Counter Tools’ longtime partner, the Indiana State Department of Health\u2019s tobacco control program,\u00a0is featured in Programs in Action<\/a> by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Office on Smoking and Health (CDC OSH).<\/p>\n

The tobacco control program takes a comprehensive approach to the issue by looking at smoke-free policy coverage, changing public perceptions and increasing knowledge about tobacco use, expanding their cessation program, and, with Counter Tools, training community organizations who serve minority groups to study tobacco product availability and advertising inside tobacco retailers.<\/p>\n
